Having heard great things about Sarina through a shared business network, we met to discuss public speaking and hit it off instantly. Sarina is an incredible Public Speaking Professional & Coach who improved my skill set and confidence when approaching speaking in front of an audience. I learnt the core principles of what I needed to do, to eliminate my limiting believes and developed the awareness, ability and organisation to engage and succeed as a public speaker.

Further from this and aligned to one of our groups core values ‘Radical Candour’. We commissioned Sarina to train our Senior Leadership Teams on how to give feedback, via a bespoke training course delivered at our HQ.

Our teams found this hugely insightful and quickly developed an understanding of how feedback sessions can be elevated to ensure the most positive of outcomes for all those involved. Sarina, was able to personally connect with our team and reinforced the training by a mix of role playing situations, presentations and live scenarios. The business has benefited thanks to this training and the effects are still being felt today.
